How Our Lease Review and Approval Service Works
While hundreds of our clients have us prepare each and every Lease, we understand that some prefer to generate the Lease through their Property Management Software and do not wish to be forced to use the FAR/BAR Lease.

Initial Review of your Lease
Prior to using this Lease Review and Approval Service, we need to review your current Lease.
Changes Suggested
Once reviewed and approved, with possibly some changes to your lease, we are ready to go.
Upload a Lease for Review
Go here to upload your software prepared Lease and Addenda.
Attorney Review
Your lease goes straight to an attorney for Review and Approval. Revising Special Stipulations as needed.
Notification
You are NOTIFIED the Lease is APPROVED and ready to be signed by the parties.
